Visit the Current Career Opportunities page of our Web site, and click on the position you are interested in. Scroll down the page to the link "Fill Out Screening Application Form On-Line". Complete the screening application, paste your resume in the space provided and click the submit button.

How will I know if you receive my online application?

After clicking submit, you will reach a screen with the following message:
Thank You!
Your application has been successfully submitted. Submitting this application will automatically place you in the candidate pool for the positions you selected. Normally, you can anticipate hearing from our company within about 4–6 weeks from the time the position closes. Usually candidates who have not received a phone call for an interview will receive a post card in the mail thanking them for their continued interest in our company.

Avista doesn’t retain resumes unless they are received in response to a specific, advertised position. One application may be submitted for up to four different advertised positions by selecting jobs from the pull down menus in the "Positions Applied For" box on the online application.
