Avista Corporation offers Dynamic Capacity and Energy Service, Spinning Reserve Service, and Supplemental Reserve Service to eligible off-system customers. Avista Corp makes these ancillary services available through its merchant function under two separate tariffs:
- Avista Corp offers Dynamic Capacity and Energy Service, Spinning Reserve Service, and Supplemental Reserve Service at market-based rates under Avista Corp’s FERC Electric Tariff Volume No. 9. (Please click on the name of each service to see the terms of service.)
- Avista Corp also offers Dynamic Capacity and Energy Service, Spinning Reserve Service, and Supplemental Reserve Service at “up to” cost-based rates under Avista Corp’s FERC Electric Tariff Volume No. 10.
